Entry
Must be 18 years of age or older.
$25.00 Entry Fee must be received by InPlays Sports Corp. prior to the
day of game.
ENTRY / PICKING THE GAMES
Participating person (also referred to as contestants) must provide their FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL Address
and Telephone number.
Contestant must choose the 10 teams they believe will win.
It is the responsibility of the contestant to pick 10
games.
Changing Picks - Contestants will be provided with an opportunity to
change their picks 24 hours before the first game begins.
Proceeds Benefit
Little Leagues & High School Sports Programs
InPlays Sports Corp. donates 20% of all Entry Fees collected
to a sports youth program.
Five Dollars (Twenty percent of each Entry Fee collected) benefit a
pre announced Youth Sports Program (little league, high school and/or
police athletic league).
Receipt
InPlays Sports Corp will send an email to all contestants notifying you that Entry has been received.
Winner Determination:
The sports picking game requires contestants to predict the winning teams of professional sporting
events.
Games that are cancelled due to inclement weather are void.
If a contestant picks 10 games and 1 game is cancelled, the
remaining 9 games will determine cash prize.
Example - contestant picks 10 games...1 game is cancelled, the remaining
9 games were correctly picked - contestant wins cash prize.
Games that end with a tie are not winning picks.
Odds of Winning:
The probability of winning is based on 2 factors:
1. Contestant Picks
2. Final results of sporting events
Cash Prizes:
$2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars)
Cash prize is payable in full and in U.S.
Currency only.
Cash prizes are payable in one payment within 48 hours after the Games
are completed.
All taxes on cash
prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
In the event the total cash prizes payable to contestants exceeds 60% of
the total Entry Fees collected, the cash prize distribution among all
winning contestants will be an equal portion of 60% of the total Entry
Fees.
Privacy Policy:
Winning Contestants FULL NAME and city of residence and will be posted on Inplays.com. Other information
obtained from the registration are not
posted.
Additional Information obtained from the registration process is
utilized for internal purposes only. InPlays does not sell, trade or
release personal information.
General Conditions:
Contestants agree to abide by the terms of
these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners
which are final on all matters pertaining to the Sports Picking
Contest. The contest
is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and
local laws and regulations apply. InPlays Sports Corp. reserves the
right to modify the Official Rules in its sole discretion. All taxes on prizes are the
sole responsibility of the prize winners. InPlays Sports Corp reserves
the right to limit the total prize money payable to winners to the
amount received through the monthly registration. Winners will be required to
execute an (I) Affidavit of Eligibility, (II) Liability Release and
(III) Publicity Release. The winners further grant to InPlays Sports
Corp
and sponsors the right to use and publish their proper and full name and
state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the
contest, except where prohibited by law.
Conduct:
By submitting an ENTRY Form and/or Registration Form the
contestant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
CAUTION: Any attempt by a contestant or any other individual
to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the
Sports Picking Contest is a
violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made
and/or accomplished, InPlays Sports Corp. reserves the right to seek damages from any
such individual(s) to the fullest extent of the
Law.
Limitations of Liability:
InPlays Sports Corp. is not responsible for the
following:
* Incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users
or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in
the Sports Picking Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur
in the processing of submissions in the contest.
* Error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction of (un)authorized
access to, alteration of Sports Picking Contest related information.
* Problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network lines,
computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment,
software, etc.
Winners List:
The name of winner(s) will be posted
immediately after the winner determination has been determined.
Intellectual Contest:
The Sports Picking Contest, and all related
information, content and code are property of InPlays and/or
sponsors. Copying or unauthorized use of any materials, trademarks or
any other intellectual property without the written consent is strictly
prohibited.
