bid $24.95 – they don’t win because there is more than one person that submitted
the exact bid price.
If 2
people bid $0.01 - they don’t win because there is more than one person that
submitted the exact bid price.
If 9 people bid $52.91 - they don’t win because there is more than one person
that submitted the exact bid price.
If 1 person bids
$52.92 – that person gets the item because he/she is the only person that bid
that amount.
